Sourced from a number of vineyards in the Hunter Valley which we don't manage ourselves (which is why we can offer it at this price) as well as a little but of Somerset Shiraz to give the wine a little more weight and complexity. Made in traditional methods: cold soaked; fermented wild in open concrete fermenters (100% de-stemmed), hand plunged and aged in French oak puncheons. The wine is a vibrant modern Hunter Shiraz with fine tannin, and red and black fruits.
