This light, crisp, perfumed style of Shiraz was sourced from our Vinden vineyard planted in 1995 over red clay soil and Stoney Broke Vineyard in Broke. Wild fermented with 10% whole bunch, 90% whole berry in open concrete tanks and matured in concrete tanks/ neutral French oak barrels. Enjoy it now or on a hot summer’s day - serve slightly chilled. 2024 Gamay Noir Blend
Sourced from our Vinden and Somerset Vineyards. The Gamay, Shiraz, Gewürztraminer & Pinot Meunier were co-fermented with 10% whole bunch and 90% whole berry in open concrete fermenters, wild fermented, and hand plunged. Aged for 5 months on old oak. Light fun and delicious when chilled.
