2026 - La Pokolbin - Somerset Vineyard Blend
La Pokolbin is a blend of Semillon, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay from our Sommerset Vineyard. The blocks were planted by the Howard family in 1965, 1969, 1980 & 1987 over fine sandy clay loam soil. The fruit was handpicked and whole bunch pressed with the juice transferred directly to tight grain, French & Austrian oak and concrete eggs, where the wine underwent fermentation. During the élevage, bâtonnage was conducted to build creamy texture to support the fruit and subtle oak spice.12.5% Alc
