Made in traditional methods: cold soaked; fermented wild in open concrete fermenters (5% whole bunch); hand plunged and aged in French oak puncheons. The wine is a vibrant modern Hunter Shiraz with fine tannin, and red and black fruits. Drink now or any time over the next ten years.Handcrafted by Angus Vinden 13.5% Alc./vol.
