As the cost of living continuous spirals of control, I thought I would make a delicious, affordable style of Shiraz. Perfect for those tough mid week nights. The wines has an RRP of $40 a bottle however we are selling it by the case for 50% off the retail price. 

The wine is labelled under our Headcase banner and it's similar in style to the Basket Press. Sourced from a number of vineyards in the Hunter Valley which we don't manage ourselves (which is why we can offer it at this price) as well as a little but of Somerset Shiraz to give the wine a little more weight and complexity. Made in traditional methods: cold soaked; fermented wild in open concrete fermenters (100% de-stemmed), hand plunged and aged in French oak puncheons. The wine is a vibrant modern Hunter Shiraz with fine tannin, and red and black fruits.
