This Semillon was sourced from our Somerset Vineyard and handpicked in early February 2021.
The block was planted by the Howard family in 1969, over fine clay loam soil. The juice was fermented on fine solids and extended lees contact was allowed before being bottled. The wine shows the character of the old gnarled vines: refreshing natural acidity; citrus fruit and delicate minerality. Drink anytime over the next 10+ years.

This Chardonnay was sourced from our Somerset Vineyard, Oakey Creek Bonvilla Vineyard. The fruit was handpicked and pressed with the juice transferred directly to large format, tight grain, French and Austrian oak where the wine underwent fermentation. During the élevage, bâtonnage was conducted to build complexity.
